Resin Bound Gravel Paving

The Permeable Surface

Resin bound gravel paving is mixed with the desired blend of aggregate types and bound with a clear polyurethane or epoxy resin binder, mixed on site in a forced action mixer and hand laid onto a suitable solid surface. This creates a seamless natural gravel decorative surface that’s, hard wearing, smooth finish, none-slip, permeable, with low maintenance- the perfect solution for driveways and paths

Depths

Resin bound gravel paving is laid to a minimum depth of 10mm Paths /20mm Driveways/ 50mm tree-pits.

Curing time

Resin bound gravel paving curing time for pedestrian traffic applications is
3-5 hours and 12 -16 hours for vehicular traffic.

Installation

Resin bound gravel paving can be installed within a day or two depending on size of the area and providing there is no preparation work is needed.

life span is around 15-20 years depending on usage.
